Disclosure of your personal data

Our mailing list & email list are for our exclusive use & we do not intend to pass these details on to other companies outside of the MWnails group.

By booking online, or having a treatment at one of our nail bars, you give us your consent to use your personal details for processing your booking, confirming your booking, market research, processing your payments, credit reference checking & fraud detection, & for marketing purposes as outlined below.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data or by contacting us by email captain@MWnails.com or by writing to MWnails Limited, The Third Barn New Hall Barns, Cappers Lane, Spurstow, Cheshire, CW6 9RP. We will then make sure your personal information is deleted from our mailing list and databases in accordance with our administrative policies, (e.g. we may be required to retain your address details in relation to any credit card payment for a period of not less than 6 months).

If you would like to check the details we hold about you please do not hesitate to contact us. We can provide you with a readable copy of the personal information that we keep about you within 30 working days, although we will require proof of your identity & any such request for personal information must be received by us in writing. We are entitled to levy a reasonable charge, (such charge shall not exceed £10) in order to provide this information to you.

Our employees and agents may perform certain functions on our behalf, for example processing bookings, supplying orders, delivery, sending correspondence, analysing data, providing marketing assistance and processing credit card payments. These third parties may be given access to personal information required by them to perform their functions, but may not use it for any other purpose. Furthermore, they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as permitted by the UK’s Data Protection Act.
