Treatments

Please arrive a few minutes early for your treatment to allow time to choose your nail colour and complete your Boarding Card if it is your first flight.

If disaster strikes and you need to cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible (at least 24-hours) and we will be happy to re-book for when you can next make it in.

We use EVERY minute to deliver our First Class therapies. If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to ensure your treatment won’t have to be cut short.

Group Bookings

It’s always fun when you fly together and we welcome group bookings – whether that’s two of you or twenty-two. To confirm your group booking and guarantee seats in the same row there is a 50% non-refundable deposit on booking.

Private Hire

For private hire of our nail bars we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on confirmation of booking, with a further non-refundable 25% to be paid two weeks prior to the event and the remaining 25% to be paid on the day of the event.

Special Offers

Our special offers, including Frequent Flyer Stamps and MWmiles are all stand alone – it means they can not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Not even if you ask really, really nicely!

Where a multiple treatment offer is advertised, the offer refers to the lowest value treatment and all treatments are to be taken by one person in one appointment for the length of the offer.

Any mani/pedi combi offers running are to be taken by one person in one appointment for the length of the offer.

We reserve the right to withdraw any offers or discounts at any time.

Half Term Offer

Half price file & polish. This offer applies to one child under the age of 16 when accompanied by one full paying adult. The full paying adult can book any manicure for the child to receive a half price file and polish. This offer applies during half term only.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased online, by phone or from either nail bar and are valid for 3-months from the date of purchase. You can either choose a sum of money or a specific treatment or package to assign to the voucher.

If you order online or by phone, we aim to send out all Gift Vouchers within three working days of your purchase, however please allow 7 working days from order to delivery. Standard postage charge is £2 and vouchers are sent First Class Royal Mail unless you request an alternative postage method when you order – any additional postal charges will be notified to you.

Online Payments

You warrant that all details you provide to mwnails.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

We use PayPal to securely process all online payments in order to ensure that measures are in place to prevent internet fraud and that any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. All data relating to online payments using credit card and debit card details is held securely by PayPal and is not held or stored at any time by MWnails Limited. However, we cannot be held liable in the unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.

You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

We hope that you will be pleased with your Gift Voucher, however you may return it within seven working days of delivery in accordance with your cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

If the price of the goods that you have ordered is incorrect, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a treatment(s) that was advertised at an incorrect price. In these circumstances, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, that you may cancel your order and the correct price of the subject product. You may continue with your order if you wish. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be posted to your credit card.

We may occasionally send you emails with details of special offers, treatments, services or our brand new nail art designs. We won’t bombard you and you can unsubscribe and resubscribe at any time.
